Online registration for admission in the new academic year commences on the 1st of November each year and is the ﬁrst step in the procedure. Hard copy of the form can also be filled by the parents. The school will notify parents on availability of seats in the grade to which admission is sought for completion of procedure. The parents must fill the following forms
- Registration Form
- Admission Form
- Transport Form
- Medical Form
The parents must submit the following documents
- Copy of Birth certificate
- Mark-sheets of the school last attended
- Fitness certificate from a qualified medical doctor.
- Vaccination Card
- Transfer certificate from the previous school.
- A copy of Aadhar card/Passport.
- 3 passport size photographs
Once the child is registered and a seat is available in the required class the schools admission committee will revert back to the parent/ guardian with further information and procedures to be followed for the admission process to be completed. Please note that registration does not guarantee admission to the school. An admission test followed by an interview with the Principal is a mandate for completing the admission process.
Admissions would be offered only to students who have submitted the form with all details and documents and have fulfilled all the norms set by the school and are considered eligible for admission by the admission committee. The parents are expected to acknowledge the same and complete the formalities for admission within the time frame mentioned in the admission letter failing which the admission will be offered to the next student. Admission will be considered complete only if the fee is paid and all required documents are submitted by the parents.
There are two Terms
I Term –April to September
II Term – October to March
Play Group to UKG – 8.15 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Grade 1 to Grade 9 – 8.15 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.
Play Group to UKG- 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
Grade 1 to Grade 9 – 8.30 a.m. to 1.45 p.m.
The administrative office functions from 9 am to 1 pm for all official purposes.
Parents must inform the school if they wish to take T.C. for the child. They must apply for the T.C. in the month of January so that the seat available can be allotted to another child. The parents are required to fill the T.C. form and pay the T.C. fees in order to get the transfer certificate for the child. The Transfer certificate can be picked up from the reception any time between 10 a.m. to 12 noon on Mondays and Wednesdays
